🧠 Who’s Behind the Program
My name is Jason Alamo.
I’ve coached at six different collegiate baseball programs.
Over the last 16 years, I’ve helped 1,800+ high school players develop the skills and habits to play at the next level.
In just the last 36 months alone, players I’ve worked with have signed to play baseball at 58 different colleges and universities across the country.
I’m not part of a recruiting company. I don’t work for a platform. I don’t outsource support to someone in another state. I work directly with families.

I also own and operate a private, invite-only training facility in the Austin, Texas area called Baseball Velocity School.
Families work with me in person locally and remotely across Texas. This is not an online brand run from a laptop. This is a real facility with real players and real standards. However, our recruiting program is available virtually for players and families all over the United States.

Step 1: Application
You complete a short application so I can understand your son’s situation and determine whether it makes sense for us to talk.
I do not work with every family who applies.
The application helps me decide if I can actually help.
Step 2: Free Fit Call
If your application is accepted, you’ll be invited to a free 30-minute fit call.
On this call, we will:
- Talk through your son’s current situation
- Identify what feels confusing or overwhelming
- Discuss what may be missing right now
- Decide whether it makes sense to move forward
This is a real conversation.
