🧠 Who’s Behind the Program
I’m Jason Alamo, owner of Baseball Velocity School.
After coaching at multiple Division 1 universities, I realized most players weren’t lacking effort....they were lacking direction.
No clear system.
No consistent mentorship.No connection between mechanics, strength, mindset, and routine.So sixteen years ago, I set out to build what I wish I’d had — a complete framework to help players grow physically, mentally, and personally.
Today, inside our private Austin area facility, we coach players from 47 different high schools through the Transform™ Program — a full system combining flexibility, strength, mindset, and mechanics to help players unlock their true potential.
